Having seen his unique, progressive sound grace the likes of Deadmau5′ Strobe and Calvin Harris’ Feel So Close for acclaim amongst such pioneers as Martin Solveig and others, Eden Anderson, better known as Special Features, returns to preview his official take on Dada Life’s Happy Violence, which just went victorious out of the recent remix contest hosted by the Swede’s themselves. Reminiscent of his aforementioned offerings in its playful and melodious appeal, the London producer gives the original’s rather hard-lined charm a full-blown remix work into another trademark for the one producer we deem to be blowing up in 2012. Using the near to cacophonic sounding vocal on behalf of Johanna Berglund, known for being a part of the Swedish pop quartet Le Kid, to his utmost advantage, Anderson’s ground-breaking production qualities are screened in the best of ways yet again as another ravishing blend of playful synth chords and infectious baselines comes to light.

The Special Features remix of ‘Happy Violence’ is set for release soon via So Much Dada.

  • Oh damn, I like his sound so much! He really could become THE newcomer next year!

  • fetttt :)

  • Riktigt tung!

Det roliga är dock att låten som är remixen gjordes innan tävlingen ens annonserades, så han på acapellan på den låten. Låter säkert sjukt bittert det, men aja snubben hade lätt kammat hem första priset i vilket fall! tung som sagt
