Anyone who missed Dirty South and Thomas Gold’s first collaborative endeavour ‘Alive’ alongside Kate Elsworth had no excuse to let their triumphant return to the limelight pass over their heads. On the mark despite his considerable youth, fresh-faced Scandinavian Lenno bumps some perky middle-ground fuzz into the emotively charged anthem of universally collected talent for a sound remix of the already well-endowed original.
Taking a back seat to Lenno’s repporachable remodel, Brazilian duo Felguk make an overtly sudden transition from harrowing keys against Elsworth’s sensational to an overtly tedious outing of wobble-induced Electro House. Replacing its majestic emotive charm midway for a more adrenaline fuelled outing of this untimely Progressive House landmark, their efforts fail to live up the considerable standard set by ‘Bassive‘. Overall, the remix package sucessfully extends the second coming of this winning formula in Electronic elegance.
