With Pete Tong singing their praises on his prime-time Essential Selection show on BBC Radio 1, it’s safe to say that Daddy’s Groove have been on something of a roll as of late, even though it’s well-deserved. Back from Miami, the Italian trio comes out with a new mixtape, in which they focus on collecting gems from a wide range of House music subgenres for an hour-long concoction of enigmatic mashups and well-executed transitions. It features tracks such as Madeon’s ‘Icarus‘, the A-Trak remix of Martin Solveig’s ‘The Night Out‘, Third Party and Cicada’s ‘Feel‘ as well as a couple of unreleased Daddy’s Groove productions.
