Fresh off the mark from his impressive Spinnin endeavour ‘Leo’, Parisian House perfectionist Norman Doray looks set to increase his lead amid the global House explosion with a highly-anticipated remix for Kaskade and Skrillex. Extending his own Big Room antics to the groove-led canvas of the stunning original, Doray brings a positive force to the equation but fails to touch on the same groundbreaking realms as his American peers. But laced in emotive lead work and consistent energy from the outset, his hard-hitting flare of positive club beats is still a satisfying mark amid the ascent that will see him frequent Las Vegas and add yet more high-profile festival spots and releases for the remainder of a year already rife with his universally acclaimed talent.
Following the January release of ‘Acid As 303‘ alongside fellow partner in crime Manuel De La Mare, Italy’s Alex Kenji joins Norman Doray on the remix duties for Kaskade and Skrillex’s much talked about ‘Lick It’. Preserving the original’s ever so catchy sound, Kenji adds an array of dynamic and well-oiled tech beats for something closer to an edit rather than actually keeping things remix-y.

Both sounds cool
Matt says:
Sick cover art. I think it’s strange you don’t even mention Datsik’s remix when it’s by far the best of the three. Kenjj’s remix sounds too similar to the original, and Norman Dorays sounds unoriginal and too boring. Think I still prefer the original.
Alek says:
In one word : boring. I agree with Matt.. Datsik made the best remix and the original is the coolest…
