Following on from long-playing landmark ‘Mpire’ and a solid thrust of global club appearances, Germany’s Moguai returns for the second EP instalment from acclaimed album with ‘Lyme’. Euphorically poised ahead of his typical Progressive House upkeep, Moguai’s ‘Crushed Lyme Mix’ successfully deals in wave upon wave of restless lead work and diligent chord play.

Far more eclectic than last single and title-track ‘Mpire’, this previously show-only outing proves a strong asset to the multifaceted European producer. With plans to drop his heavier-set ‘In N’ Out’ EP now confirmed, this Beatport topping album remains an intense outing for both artist and genre in a bid to prove that full-length albums can still bring the noise on a universal scale.
