As Size Records essential London connection Third Party prepare to unleash their fourth single for the prestigious label of Steve Angello, the duo return to Ultra Records to wet the appetites of their fans ahead of the summer season with ‘Thank You’. Premiered by Steve Angello during his set at Electric Daisy Carnival New York, the their latest studio endeavour sees them embrace the vocal styling’s of the late Loleatta Holloway in an aptly momentous union of vintage soul and modern club fuel.
With their usual collection of enigmatic synth leads and stern beat work proving the most accommodating backdrop to this renowned vocal sample, Holloway’s topline makes for an apt accompaniment to this uplifting injection of festival proof Progressive House. While ‘Love Sensation’ was always going to be a tough original to top, all the positive hallmarks of Third Party’s studio stylings remain well-oiled to forge ‘Thank You’ as yet another indicator that their accession to the ranks of promising British high-risers has been dutifully earned.
