With a wealth of positivity surrounding the Dance music industry’s universal union, German tunemonger Eddie Thoneick and high-flying Frenchman Norman Doray unite for cross-nation stomper ‘Celsius’. Following on from 2010’s well-received ‘Tweet It’ alongside Avicii and fellow countryman Sebastien Drums, Doray returns to Steve Angello’s Size Records to aid Eddie Thoneick’s inauguration to the label with ‘Celsius’.
Despite being somewhat eclipsed by the on-going promotion for AN21 and Max Vangeli’s soon-to-be-released “People of the Night” album, the blend of Thoneick’s acclaimed production dexterity and Doray’s longstanding penchant for richly melodious lead play make for a sinewy contender for the summer season. Although melodic Progressive House isn’t exactly the stuff of rocket science of late, the grinding bass and overall tremulous sound indicate that ‘Celsius’ is bringing something reassuringly fresh to the table.
‘Celsius’ will be released on July 23rd.
