Having dropped the 8 minute version back in early May, the release of the “The Veldt EP” sees the illustious Canadian Deadmau5 come out with the full 12 minute edit of his deeply melodic concoction alongside Chris James. Based upon the late American fantasy writer Ray Bradbury’s ‘The Veldt’, imagination truly surpasses fashion for this emotively tuned journey of blissful Electronic manoeuvres.

But where the extended edit completes the original with the addition of mysterious yet aptly arranged drum work, highly-rated Aussie Tommy Trash adds some oomph to the euphoric track for an already widely acclaimed interpretation. Built around the original’s unremitting chord progression and talented singer-songwriter Chris James’ expertly tailored top line for his quite possibly biggest remix to date, Thomas Olsen’s take on ‘The Veldt’ is not one to be compared to the original, but rather seen as an alternative version for clubs and stadiums alike.
