Already associated with a premium blend of tectonic Electro tuneage that has liberally fuelled the global club and festival circuit alike, Tommy Trash’s latest work alongside German Electro pundits Digitalism extends the widespread belief that this Ministry of Sound scoping producer is out to shake things up for 2012.
Blending emotive vocal samples and grinding synth work, Trash matches Digitalism’s unique soundscope with the furious energy of his previous work for a vintage-sounding original and an accompanying slightly club-friendlier Tommy Trash remix. But in a transient turn to the more melodic and instrumentally refined side of Electronic music, his tightly orchestrated leads and atmospheric chord progressions are matched by a considerably European blend of Electro. Said to now be focusing on original tracks after his forthcoming remix of ‘Darko‘ for A-Trak’s Fools Gold imprint, his newly adapted studio stylings are certain to be of the utmost quality if his latest efforts are anything to go by.
‘Falling’ will be released July 23rd.
