Between the multitude of career landmarks and consistent studio stamina, Sander van Doorn has proven something of an advocate to the balancing of iconic stature and forward-thinking music. Joined by his young Dutch protégé Julian Jordan, the duo embrace on the hotly anticipated first collaborative number for Doorn Records entitled ‘Kangaroo’.

Packing a cataclysmic energy aptly tailored to its name, the festival filling veteran and his fresh faced peer charge layer after layer of melodic lead work onto one of the heavier pieces of club fuel to emerge from the refined Progressive master within his affirmative career. Proving Jordan more than to be a one trick pony of the infamous Dance explosion, the track reigns in as indicative of the quality emerging from Europe’s younger contenders as it is promising to the future of their united cause.

‘Kangaroo’ will be released August 20th via Doorn Records.

  • wtf is this shit?

    but still, kinda cool

  • LOVE the breakdown…i hate to say but cant wait for remixes cuz the drop is very unexpected…or should i say expected cuz thats all everyones doing nowadays…SVD going dubstep? so annoying

  • very creative track !

  • love the melody, dont like the drop as much. I agree that a remix of this could be huge

  • En remix av Tommy Trash på denna vore perfekt!

  • The only reason this kid Julian Jordan is getting so much attention is because he is young and Spinnin Records see’s nothing but a huge $$$ over his head with all the moves they can easily make for him being so well connected in the industry.

  • I miss the old style of SvD with tracks like ”Bling Bling” (http://youtu.be/0FRfDsKwo5s) and ”AKA” (http://youtu.be/hmVVEJbsJ70). So enormously better than this stuff.

  • lol ppl say this is dubstep , its electro house :P

  • Not that I don’t like this track, but was the Logic electro-package on sale or what? So many people doing a melodic breakdown into an electro-y drop since Metropolis came out

  • Sounds like Duran Duran-Save A Prayer.. :?

  • Well Sander, It was nice to have you back during the purple haze productions/daddyrock era, but it seems you’ve gone a different direction. A direction in which pales in comparison to the past. Have fun being in the top 10 on beatport tho bro, cuz apparently thats all producers who are switching styles care about these days.
