Having already previewed remixes from Armin van Buuren and Arty, A-Trak and Clockwork step up to don their ears against Zedd’s ‘Spectrum‘ for a spot on the forthcoming Spectrum EP – a release that was recently announced to also include Zaslavski’s work with Nicky Romero, ‘Human‘.
Outside of his part in whacky House tag-team Duck Sauce, Montreal’s A-Trak is not only the DJ’s DJ, but an impressively outgoing asset of musical differentiation. Joined by Los Angeles residing Dim Mak regular Clockwork, the North American duo score distorted chord play alongside a dissected top line for a reassuringly fresh part of what looks to go down as one of the more diverse EP’s to have touched this side of Dance music this year.
The Spectrum EP will be released July 31.
