Michael Calfan returns to high-profile remix duties to release his second official remix of David Guetta. In an attempt to follow up last year’s take on ‘Turn Me On,’ the familiar voice of Aussie songstress Sia Furler and Guetta’s intricate instrumental work of ‘She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)’ receive a sturdy remodel in true Michael Calfan fashion. Showcasing the same synth-tinged sound that we have come to associate with the Paris-based protégé of Bob Sinclar, Calfan’s melodic play successfully matches the sinewy voice of Sia while setting the tone ahead of further remix duties for Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike and Regi.
Update (28/9): The official music video is now released.

Orre says:
Huge remix from calfan again!
Alex says:
michael calfan does it again. but am i the only one who heares a bit of ‘Resurrection’ in the track?
MonkeyLuffy007 says:
@Alex Resurrection style appears in other of his tracks : listen the remix of “Turn Me On” (David Guetta) or “When You Got Love” (Michael Canitrot) but i think it’s less obvious in this remix
Aussie_Pride says:
Cant believe im goin to say this, but after just hearing the original (I think its the original) I actually like Guetta’s version better, though its probably got to much vocals for my liking… thats if this is actually the original version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6bnpw03KR8
J says:
funny, david guetta releases a new track an beatmyday only writes something of the michael calfan remix
Marry Banilow says:
J: maybe because David Guetta is pop music and BMD doesn’t write about pop music?
Cowy says:
i heard that romero collaborated with guetta on original . . .and yeah,i heard ressurection in original, not in calfan’s remix . . .:)
djlucasthang says:
Have you listened Sandro Silva’s Remix ?? I have the impression I listen Epic also … but stays a good remix
vinny says:
nice
lolmad says:
@Marry Banilow
That’s not true. They wrote about the ‘Tom Hangs’ mix of “Dancing in my head”.
Marry Banilow says:
@lolmad: That’s because Tom Hangs also happens to be a guy called Avicii.
melfres says:
@Marry Banilow your point is invalid. that mix was very pop like even if tom hangs is an alias to avicii. i assume BMD posts about tracks that they like and would want to post about it. why would you post a write up about a track when you don’t 100% support it?
Martin says:
I like the fact that calfan sticks with his “signature” sound. It’s totally the right thing to do when the house scene is flooded with producers, all producing the same stuff!
Peter Landison says:
Great remix!
Mike says:
Love that one can tell its a Calfran track by his unique synths. Just a good producer, excellent distinguished trademarks.
Bandis says:
Resurrection (Vocal Mix). Really, his other tracks post-Resurrection are kinda like it, but here we have a twin! They have the same melody, the build up goes for the same time and the same goes for the drop. Good track, but a little bit of variety is always good.
Bandis says:
Kinda like Martin here, i like that he keeps his signature sound, but like NO_ID it is not cool after 3-4 tracks.
