Having each ascended to the ranks of melodic House maestro on their own unique merits, the unveiling of Dirty South and Alesso’s hotly tipped debut collaboration has been a long time coming. But off the back of the Swede’s Beatport topping single ‘Years’, Alessandro Lindblad joins the renowned flag bearer of Phazing Records for a third shot at vocal Dance supremacy for 2012 and a second appearance of Dirty South’s indie side-project alongside Rudy known as Ruben Haze.

First premiered by both Alesso and Dirty South at Creamfields Australia, this cross-nation collaboration looks to set the standard of chart savvy peak timers to an all time high alongside renowned top liner Rudy. With anthemic instrumental builds and an angelic vocal lead at ready, the union of these two industry heavyweights sees a firm display of rigid synth work and powerful beats match the beautiful ascending melodies that make ‘City of Dreams’ an instantly infectious outing.

  • Bra skit!!

  • Best track of 2012 without a doubt! This day (Mon 27th of Aug) is one of the greatest release dates ever.. City of dreams, Sparks, Momentum (Calfan Remix), Reason and of course Feed the Dada!

  • Decent

  • ”Best track of 2012 without a doubt” lol FAIL

  • amazing!

  • one word: WOW!

  • 6/10 – In my opinion, the drop ruins the track

  • Breakdown 8/10. Drop 5/10.

  • lol i though Ruben haze was gonna use the name Rudy for this track :\

  • Why can’t you use ”Soundcloud” instead of ”Revibe”?
Revibe’s laggy as fauwck, and doesn’t have the awesome graphic of the track.

  • O.W: The full track is not on SoundCloud? Laggy? Works flawlessly here.

  • fet låt, men vore intressant att höra en låt från alesso då han inte kör basen i 8-dels-noter, typ alla hans senaste är det :P

  • inge vidare to be honestoo

  • I love this track. I feel like the drop isn’t suppose to be too heavy or else it takes away from that feeling of inner conflict. It’s like a flashback sort of feel. Definitely a very intimate festival song.

  • Calling nr 2!

  • I’m amazed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s both educative and entertaining,
and without a doubt, you’ve hit the nail on the head.
The problem is an issue that too few men and women are speaking intelligently about.
I’m very happy I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to this.
