While his productions may sit on the radio-friendlier side of global Dance music, his watchful gaze over the realms of his craft has seen him remain as relevant as ever. Bringing club music to the airwaves yet again (and vice versa), Calvin Harris teams up alongside London songstress Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine to present the fifth single from his upcoming third studio album.
Pitting Florence’s emotively charged top line alongside Harris’ infectious synth work, ‘Sweet Nothing’ plays further testament to the increasingly popular crossover of two now not so different sides of Electronic music and should make for some pretty interesting remix opportunities.
‘Sweet Nothing’ will be released October 14 along with remixes from Tiësto, Qulinez, Burns and Dirtyloud.
Update: The official music video is now released.

Fun, catchy track. Can’t wait for the remixes though, because the breakdown and Florence offer a great potential for a more serious track.
