As an eclectic visionary, Chris Lake’s Rising Music label has continued to deal in sophisticated doses of unpredictable Dance music. But in a bid to extend their already extensive back catalogue of quality music from across the spectrum, Scottish Electro crusader Nom De Strip sets the tone ahead of his debut on Mau5trap Recordings with a two-track EP alongside Swedish* peer Peo De Pitte.

Showcasing croaking bass and those all-too-familiar pitch-defying leads, headline single ‘Big Knobbler’ sees Nom De Strip and De Pitte bring their take on the burly Electro House more commonly associated with the earlier works of Tommy Trash, leaving room for Nom De Strip’s own ‘Suplex’ single to round off the package with wobbles and beeps.

Out September 17 on Rising Music.
