Taken from the American rock band The Killers’ fourth studio album, ‘Flesh and Bone’ receives a fresh lick of paint from British baron Stuart Price, also known as Jacques Lu Cont. Certainly not a stranger to high-end remix duties, Price follows up his take on Coldplay’s ‘Charlie Brown‘ to don his ear against the penetrating vocals of The Killers’ latest single.
Laced with broken beats and the original’s frisky lead play and embracing an old-school twist, the Jacques Lu Cont remix of ‘Flesh and Bone’ follows suit alongside his already sterling arsenal of gritty House gems in celebration of the mixed European roots that have seen flourish across the globe.
