As premiered on Friday’s Jaymo and Andy George sit-in for Pete Tong on the Essential Selection show, fast-rising London duo Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman, better known to the world as Dusky, debut on Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records with a 2012 remodel of Cloud 9’s ‘Do You Want Me Baby’.
Boasting the same soulful undertone we have come to associate with their sterling studio output, Granger-Howell and Harriman complement Corona’s strong vocal stylings with deep, dotted bass play and crisp hi-hats.
Out October 8 via Toolroom Records.
