Having sat comfortably at #1 on Beatport for two weeks straight, Alesso’s second vocal single of 2012, ‘Years‘, returns for round two with the long overdue release of the instrumental version.

Never so much of an outright club stomper as it has proven an expertly tailored piece of modern Dance music, the instrumentation of ‘Years’ flows as seamlessly on its own as it does alongside the sinewy vocal work of Matthew Koma. But having already done the rounds on dancefloors and charts alike, ‘Years’ looks set to now also take on the global airwaves with the Pete Tong-premiered radio edit, bringing more of Koma’s penetrating voice into the equation with the addition of a new vocal segment.

  • when you listen to the instrumental version you can really hear how beatiful the track is. so f*cking well produced track. amazing

  • @Taylor, thats true, altough some people prefer vocals, to make the music more intense and recognisable.

  • I was just searching for this info for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your website. I wonder what’s the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this kind of informative web sites in top of the list. Normally the top web sites are full of garbage.
