Fine up-and-comers amid Sweden’s world renowned Dance music export may not be a new concept these days, but newly renamed Audrio, formerly known as Adstedt, makes his debut on Avicii’s LE7ELS imprint in a bid to freshen up his country’s reign on the international scene with ‘Humans’.

A staple in Avicii’s live sets over the past few months and rife with his own, unique take on wobbly Electro House, ‘Humans’ sees him leap from hypnotic lead work to gritty beats. But on the back of synth riffs and potent beat work, Audrio emerges as one of the more sound investments to LE7ELS’ impending Progressive and Electro empire for 2012.

More info on the release as we get it.

  • Awesome breakdown!

  • Jävligt nice! Men namnet ”Audrio” funkar inte, låter som en bilfirma.

  • LOVE IT! Gogo Audrio!!!!!

  • tyckte fan det var rätt kefft att byta namn.. alltid tyckt det var svårt att uttala adstedt, speciellt på engelska haha! fet låt!

  • Yes….fantastic…original…groundbreaking….NOT!!!!

  • Great :)

  • holy shit what an crazy track :D

  • GO, GO AudriO !

  • What happend to We’re Still Here (Dreaming Wide Awake)? Extremely similiar to Humans imo..

  • Crazy!! track of the year!

  • I tend to think ”ouch…” as soon as i hear that massive wobble ”O-voice” synth. Tight kick and a bouncy basic drop. The break/melody doesn’t give you any special feeling. more like a mediocre time-pass. Nice hi-hats!

  • I don’t get it, this track is shit? why are everybody saying its great? it’s the shittest thing I’ve heared.

  • sounds exactly like we’re still here, same sounds and its utterly booring and nothing new nor creative. sigh.

  • It is almost identical to his previous track We’re Still Here, which has been hanging around since December last year, a later version with vocals was displayed this summer

  • let all the bedroom producers hate, awesome track and a PHAT drop! i’ve heard it live and it’s all but shitty!

  • Is We’re still here for sale anywhere, still didn’t find it up until today :(

  • hahah, tänkte först, vem fan har kopierat adsteds låt? haha

  • This is exacly the same song by Alexander Adstedt – We’re Still Here.

    I mean, E-X-A-C-T-L-Y.

    So confused right now.

  • i hope you’re trolling when you say this is the track of the year… the breakdown is OK, but the drop is really really bad

  • @EMIL
I’am not trolling.. This dosen’t sound like every thing else

  • It’s definitely different than We’re Still Here, similar yes but different. Excited to see more from this guy.

  • Something off topic, check out this cool Afrojack vocal edit of Rock the house http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/25009384
    Angela Hunt on vocals

  • Wow, how original! I have never heard before a track with a melodic build-up and a ”sick” drop like this! Like, NEVER! And what a wonderful drop. Seriously, it’s veeeeery unique.

  • Bandis: are you adstedt himself? seriously this is ridiculous, sounds like everything else. Nothing unique here.

  • Honestly don’t get all the hate for this track. So original, the drop is phenomenal. Yes it’s quite similar to ‘We’re Still Here’, but my god, how many of today’s dance tracks and anthems by today’s so called EDM pioneers sound ridiculously similar. The answer is plenty. Adstedt/Audrio is unique. Hope he goes far.

  • @J

    Hahaha, wow. Irony maybe?

  • its not the same like ”we’re still here” its much better.. AWESOME TRACK LOVE IT!

  • Sämst namn, men grym låt!

  • @J Wow, really? I was ironic. -_-

@Calum, he is not unique, he does the same shit that EVERYBODY ELSE does. LITTERALLY. And by saying many of today’s dance tracks and anthems by today’s so called EDM pioneers sound ridiculously similar, doesn’t change the fact that this dude here makes the SAME stuff as Dyro, Hardwell, and every single ”new” producer (e.g: Julian Jordan). The same freaking uplifting part, with the same ”sick”/”messy”/”wild” drop, like every other track. So he is not unique, therefore it sounds ”ridiculously similar” to everything else, thus makimg me repeating myself again. Not saying that there are not different/unique tracks getting out right now, BUT this is not one of them.

  • don’t you guys read the article?

”Fine up-and-comers amid Sweden’s world renowned Dance music export may not be a new concept these days, but newly renamed Audrio, formerly known as Adstedt”

    i think there’s nothing left to say…

  • ”..unique take on wobbly Electro House, ‘Humans’ sees him leap from hypnotic lead work to gritty beats.”
I wouldn’t exatcly agree, i would say this track is NOT unique at all, but in addition to that sounds really bad…how could avicii sign this honestly?and the o voice preset..come on..that started to be boring last year. really really disappointed, I thought Levels would release something completely different from wobbling electro cheap stuff

  • meh…

  • How is this like every other Dyro/Hardwell etc track? This is acid ffs, just like we’re still here

  • What happend with the Name Alexander Adstedt?

  • the track itself is not bad at all, Adstedt has great skills in my opinion ! maybe you wouldn’t expect this track from Levels but this doesn’t turn the track into complete shite come on!

  • Anyone else notice the effects in the drop from ‘Greyhound’? ;)

  • Goddammit quit ruining perfectly good melodies with that electro shit

  • я чё единственный белорус её слушаю
