Straying away from his remix duties for the masses, Tiësto is back at his own Musical Freedom Records to team up with Dutch DJ/producer and former Tiësto side-project Allure for the release of his latest single, ‘Pair Of Dice’.
Amid a year that has spelt his love for the sandy beaches and swanky art deco fashions of Miami and nothing but promise for his continued ascent, Tijs Verwets’ return to non-vocal originals sees him hit the middle-ground between euphoric Progressive and neoteric Trance. Dealing almost exclusively in blissful, melodic play and heavyset beat work, ‘Pair Of Dice’ is yet another fine testament to that signature stadium-proof magic now associated with the Dutch heavyweight.
Update (15/10): ‘Pair Of Dice’ has just hit #1 on Beatport.
