De La Soul once suggested that three was the magic number, and as the trend of triple-threat collaborations continues to engulf 2012, Milan duo Pink Is Punk are joined by hometown Dance veteran Benny Benassi to extend this infinite wisdom with long-awaited single ‘Perfect Storm’ for Ultra Music.
While the title may hint at a flawless assembling of intricate instrumental work, fact is that the track is made up of clear cut sounds throughout. From its crescendo of bright synths to its apex of wobbles, ‘Perfect Storm’ may not play out aptly to its title but sees the Milan trio respond to the extensive attention of global Dance music with a quality release just in time for ADE.
