Having hammered the digital market with his eclectic studio spoils throughout the year, longserving Swedish heavyweight John Dahlback previews yet another original track in the form of up-and-coming A-side ‘The Trip’. Set to lead his debut EP for Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak imprint, ‘The Trip’ utilizes scratchy leads and rasping low-end bass surges without the addition of overused Electro hallmarks. Joining EP B-sides ‘China Lake’ and ‘Jackal Mackson’ to seal one of his darkest and surprising EP’s to date, Dahlback once again proves himself a versatile and consistent force amid European House music with another ante-upping release for 2012.

Out November 13th.
