Outside of his role within Australia’s elite House export, there is something unchallengeable about the consistent force of Dirty South and his Phazing label. Carrying forward the uplifting hallmarks now synonymous with his often replicated sound, Dragan Roganović links up with label protégé Michael Brun for a shot of hope for modern Progressive House with Phazing Radio-premiered ‘Rift’.

While the stereotype goes that Sweden remain the untimely key holders to emotive synth play, the duo pick up right where ‘City Of Dreams‘ left off to prove the majority wrong with an injection of accessible club fuel. But underneath the colorful synths and heartwarming charisma, there is something inherently sincere in Dirty South and Michael Brun’s approach that leads this beautiful song with unmistakable soul.
