On the back of the free download of Plastic Plates’ synth-laden remix, French House enthusiast Laurent Heinrich takes upon the task of injecting a little vintage love into ‘Promises’ under the guise of his Lifelike moniker.
Omitting the pop rock fundamentality of the original, Heinrich escapes the realms of the festival anthem to develop a mature and warm collection of systematic melodic spots. In a more energetic fashion than that of Plastic Plates, Heinrich continues his onslaught of feel-good remixes with his take on Aussie band The Presets.
