Having proven their unified strength with their remix of ‘You Used Me‘ earlier this year, Australian trio Those Usual Suspects unite with local peer Nordean for their first collaborative stint for Dirty South’s Phazing imprint with the ‘Burn Forever’ EP.
Where the original mix of ‘Burn Forever’ mixes the familiar vocal stylings of ‘Walking Alone’ topliner Erik Hecht with a smooth yet stubborn run of melodic developments and uplifting hooks, Haitian boywonder Michael Brun brings a sharper peak time rendition to the package. With EP B-side ‘Prophet’ showcasing the collaborative force at an instrumental high with progressive grooves and euphoric synths in full-effect, this latest EP off Phazing Records sets the imprint in positive motion towards the New Year.
Out today on Beatport.

Best EP i’ve heard in a longtime, good to see some new faces are getting big releases out! Also that they are not sticking to the standard ”House-pop-progressive” style that seems so popular right now! BIG TUNES!
