There is no denying that December isn’t the most welcoming of climates to body, soul and spirit. Try telling that to Berlin outfit Chopstick & Johnjon; an eclectic House duo who have proven immaculacy adept at bringing a little light to the party come rain or shine. But back on remix duty after taking on Aeroplane’s latest original, Chopstick and Johnjon put a deep twist on Digitalism’s 2005 classic ‘Zdarlight.’ Taking a more chilled and Balearic route to the original than that of Fedde Le Grand & Deniz Koyu’s remix, their Toolroom debut marks a seminal notch in their compelling studio output to don a much needed kiss of life into the grinding hours of snow and shivers associated with the harsh climax of winter’s reign.
