It may have been many moons since Justice redefined the globe’s enthusiasm for divine French Electro, but with their second album ”Audio, Video, Disco” still at large, the five-track ‘Helix’ EP was a befitting tribute to their successive resurrection. In addition to featuring brand-new original track ‘Presence,’ the EP sees Parisian up-and-comer Domenico Torti as the first one to bat for the remix package, making his Ed Banger debut with a strong take of tectonic Electro stylings throughout. But while Torti keeps the original’s sound and vibe intact with his scattered rhythmic shuffles, Gesaffelstein takes a far more inventive route to his remix, creating a track far different from the original version.
