Off the back of two releases on Tiësto’s Musical Freedom Records, Swedish DJ and producer Mikael Weermets returns to make his debut on Gareth Emery’s Garuda label with hard-hitting new single ‘Make Some Noise.’

Having perplexed the genre boundaries between Progressive House and grinding Electro with his last original, ‘I Found You,’ ‘Make Some Noise’s spree of melodic progressions and stubborn distorted drops make for a potent first release of the New Year for the fast-ascending Swede.

Out today on Beatport.

  • Rule nr. 1 in todays house music scene. Never ever name a track ”Make som Noise”, regardless how much noise you might wan’t.

  • …sigh….well, I made my point at least.

  • Hahahah håller med dig Zetheiser. ”Make Some Noise” är fan den tröttaste titeln någonsin. Får man ens spelningar om man gör såna här låtar? Funderar på att säga upp mig från mitt jobb och bara leka lite i diverse DAW isåfall.

  • vad är rule nr 2 Zetheiser?

  • sounds pretty lame, and it got released on gareth emerys garuda label? how ? this track is shit. I actually like Gareth Emery and normally he has a good taste but this?
btw: this track heavily samples ”Make Some Noise” from Chuckie which got released november i think and the remixes were out end of december. but this sounds more like a remix than an original track.
