Still on a high from last year’s long overdue original release, Avicii and Nicky Romero’s ‘I Could Be The One’ is given a formal remix courtesy of rising Dutch producer John Christian. Previously known for his part in the release of ‘Still The Same Man’ with Romero and Nilson earlier this month, Christian’s second official release sees him take a turn for the heavier-set terrains of Dance music, complementing the melodic stylings of ‘I Could Be The One’ with rather unique, heavy-stepping drops.

Out today on Beatport.

  • This is awesome, nuff said

  • Should have made an instrumental of this remix! The words are too cheesy!

  • hahah it’s actually quite awesome!!

  • NICE!

  • Good song! But I like that the intro is actually louder than the drop, to much compression maybe :P

  • What a BOMB! But the drop sounds awfully familiar

  • drop almost the same as Tony Romera – Pandor… and considering both guys are from the same label pretty sure he would have heard that song before :\

  • Oh please, Henrique…. A track can’t even have the same arrangement in the melodies anymore? It’s a totally different track, in my opinion a much better one than the original!

  • I completly agree with Henrique, it sounds quite similar to Pandor but it’s still a dope track and I’m sure it’ll make big noise!!

  • I think they would have loved to make a dub version of It, But it’s all about the market they want to attract !!! I say great remix all way round !

  • Just a smiling visitor here to share the love (:, btw great style and design.
