Fresh off the heels of their latest single “Melody In Harmony” for Flamingo Recordings, Holland’s fast ascending Roul and Doors follow-up last months with a sumptuous take on homeland house masters Hardsoul’s “Song For Unity”. Where Rogier and Greg Van Bueren’s original provides an emotive vocal offering catered to the more traditional sects of modern house music, the duo spin their synonymously tropical sound clash to full-effect, utilizing Berget Lewis’s supple top line with their own infectious grooves and tempered ethnic lead play. In a second home run for the Dutch outfit for 2013, Roul and Doors show that house music can still find impeccable stamina away from the peak time gold rush.

Out soon.
