Having balanced break neck touring duties with the deployment of his head-turning single ‘Rock The House’, the reputable Wall Recordings flagbearer returns to take on the vocal stylings of Eva Simons once again with a cliché bending remix for Will.I.Am’s chart-topping single ‘This Is Love’. While the studio output of Afrojack has remained inherently characteristic of his national House stylings, his latest step up to realms of popular music packs a few surprises along the way.

Launching from the familiar melodic builds that have pervaded his own personal arsenal of tracks, this heavyset remodel sees the Wall Recordings head honcho dive deeper into the realms of Electro House, replacing the scattered lead work with surging chords and powerful beat work throughout. Furthering the Dutch heavyweights ability to mirror the minority in his own unique manner, his personal take on Will.I.Am’s latest exploit suggests that the road to Afrojack’s hotly anticipated debut album may hold a few more unsuspecting eye-openers.

From ‘Goldcoast‘ to global club monger, Nick Van De Wall’s best kept secret turned sturdy Wall Recordings asset Apster have been through some pretty serious motions amid his inauguration to the 21st century Dance explosion. Joining familiar homeland songstress Eva Simons in her follow-up to her chart-topping collaboration alongside Will.I.Am, the duo set in stone the penetrating charm of pop-fuelled Dance music with ‘I Need More’.

Between the rising Dutch producers grinding disposition and the celestial harmony of Simons’ distinct vocal aptitude, ‘I Need More’ escapes the peak time values more commonly subscribed to the Dutch House empire with little offence in terms of aural quality.

Abdesamad Ben Abdelouahid, better known to the world as Apster, makes his way back to Afrojack’s Wall Recordings in a bid to follow up January’s ‘Goldcoast‘, joining forces with world renowned Dutch songstress Eva Simons in the process. Where previous label exploits have seen him team up alongside the likes of Bassjackers and Nicky Romero, his fourth coming to Wall sheds light on yet another fitting union of two seemingly talented Hollanders. With instrumental work reminiscent of ‘Goldcoast’s distorted chord play and melodic interludes complementing chart-topping Simons’ enchanting vocal line, ‘I Need More’ may not be of the same anthemic proportions as Simons’ acclaimed work alongside label head honcho Afrojack but proves as enchanting as it is apt for the club and radio alike.

‘I Need More’ will be released July 23rd via Wall Recordings.

Dutch songstress Eva Simons may be more commonly associated with Afrojack’s seminal mainstream debut ‘Take Over Control’, but her latest Electro Pop solo endeavour has conjured some serious attention on the EDM circuit. But despite having German Zedd on production duties, her latest single ‘I Don’t Like You’ lay open for an array of fine European producers to don their own unique studio wits.

Ahead of his Protocol imprint label ‘WTF’ alongside Dutch newcomer ZROQ, familiar club/chart connoisseur Nicky Romero is the first in line to take on Simons’ latest original. With a grinding repertoire of steel-clad chord progressions and hard hitting beats, Romero plays on the elements that have seen his career soar and delivers yet another emotively refined key driven gem courtesy of Eva Simons’ vocal assets.

Away from EDM’s more familiar European hallmarks though, France’s premium instrumental Electronica enthusiast Fred Falke is next to bat for this varied remix package. In a swift and calm clash of warm synth work and steady sweeping beats, Falke’s remix places the originals definitive top line into a sophisticated array of gentle yet concise instrumental work before letting R3hab top the package with blistering synths and vigorous drops, bringing a new dimension to the rising singers impending solo legacy.
