Rising star and High Contrast Recordings signed up-and-comer Mateusz Borowicz has been making positive noise for Poland and the infamous Be Yourself offshoot alike under the guise of his Fafaq moniker. Following up last years aptly named outing ‘Rocket Fuel’, the young Polish producer returns with his inaugural release for 2012 ‘Indeed’ to make a late but potent mark on the familiar imprint.

Laced with uplifting chord play and grinding low-end sequences, this unpretentious club offering ticks all the right boxes as far as melodic development and consistent energy are concerned. Still packing a significant punch of adrenaline in all the right places, Borowicz balances euphoria with impressive stamina throughout for this affirmative return for 2012.

Signing with Be Yourself Music’s High Contrast Recordings back in late 2010, Poland residing Mateusz Borowicz, professionally known as Fafaq, has soared into something of a rising trouse star as of late. Following on from the highly underrated release of ‘Rocket Fuel‘ last year, the Polishman’s upcoming first mark in 2012 sees him combine a high-octane chord progression with grinding bass. Where the interlude’s slightly distorted synth makes for an infectious concoction of club fuel, the heavier parts of his newest original, entitled ‘Indeed’, shed light on a significantly more club-friendly approach, combining euphoria with vigorousness.

‘Indeed’ will be released on May 7th.

Amid the untimely coupling of Trance and House music, many have found their demise. At the victorious sector of this newfound union stands Progressive Trance visionary Jochen Miller and Armin Van Buuren approved Dutch stronghold Rank 1, three Dutch assets who have proven undeniably conversant in refuelling the Netherlands Trance legacy with back-to-back stormers.

Propped up by a momentous vocal offering from Belgian singer-songwriter Sarah Bettens, the trio’s perfectly orchestrated melodic play and rigid drums mark something of a breakthrough for the genre in terms of its viscosity from start to finish. If this impressive collaborative effort from three of Holland’s hottest Electronic assets is anything to go by then the Dutch are still in firm control of those essential euphoric moments.
