As far as British house assets are concerned, few artists have touched on the same continuous streak of brilliance as Toolroom’s leading hit monger Mark Knight. Still ablaze from ‘Ten’ with Sander van Doorn, the long-awaited release of ‘Your Love’, formerly known as ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’, sees Knight bring his A-Game once again. Sampling the lyrics of Kylie Minogue’s 2001 hit with the same name in a mix of chunky tech house and bass-laden deep house, ‘Your Love’ reels in the exotic poolside appeal that Toolrom have become all-too adept in providing amid their global romps.

Back on full throttle, Mark Knight drops the official music video to his highly anticipated next original release, ‘Your Love’, formerly known as ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’. Where his last single release ‘Nothing Matters‘ hit the perfect middle-ground between unremitting Techno and Progressive, the Kylie Minogue-sampled ‘Your Love’ sees him plunge deep into the energetic House vibes that have established him as a firm favorite to House heads across the globe. With mechanical rhythm and a worthy extension of his talents for crafting enchanting bass lines, the mix of chunky Tech House and bass-filled Deep House makes for a track that has the potential of becoming a landmark for artist and label alike.

Slated for release April 22nd.

A set-staple in their live performances over the past several months and first announced early last year, Sander van Doorn and Mark Knight have finally released their long-awaited collaborative effort alongside Underworld entitled ‘Ten’.

Layered with speech-like vocals and a stern backbone of well-groomed beats, the apex of ‘Ten’ hits a semi-euphoric melodic middle-ground between the sounds that have defined their respective international rise.

Update (21/2): The official music video is up!

Renowned for his quality-over-quantity approach, it should come as no surprise that Mark Knight’s first release of 2013 is one of House music at it’s finest. Taking on remix duties for Submotion Orchestra’s latest single, the Toolroom head honcho turns the Leeds band’s dubstep original into a heartwarming and beautifully orchestrated House gem. Utilizing Ruby Wood’s brittle voice with elegant melodic swirls and dark and bouncy beat work, Knight’s remix of ‘Thinking’ makes the eager anticipation for his third Bullets EP all that more bearable.

In anticipation of volume three of his Bullets EP series, featuring the freshly unveiled ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head‘, Toolroom Records head honcho Mark Knight returns to take on remix duties for Totally Enormous Distinct Dinosaurs’ latest album.

Armed with the same crunching House builds that saw him lay down a formative number of Florence and the Machine’s chart-raking adaptation of Candi Staton’s ‘You Got The Love’, Knight adds his signature sound to Orlando Higginbottom’s acclaimed ‘Your Love’ single for what looks to go down as yet another timeless addition to his belt.

Still tending to the flames of volume one, Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records imprint return to dig deeper into the Balearic vibes for round two of this year’s Ibiza compilation series.

Led by the imprint’s trusty Italian resident Alex Kenji, his remix of Full Intention’s “Don’t You Feel It” musters considerable Ibizan energy courtesy of its simple yet stirring key work and groovy percussive swings, while Sweden’s Adrian Bood and Robin South dig deep with a solid collection of stern melodic manoeuvres for their take on John Dahlback’s ‘Phoenix’. With Zoo Brazil and RNS bringing the more refreshing sounds, Mark Knight & Martijn ten Velden and Rene Amesz & Ruell round off yet another momentous collection of Ibiza contenders with cuts of more traditional proportions.

In a firm reminder of the nostalgic values that the White Isle still musters throughout the industry, volume two of Toolroom’s Ibiza 2012 compilations bring the Mediterranean heat seamlessly with another fine instalment of essential Balearic gems.
