Back on full effect after releasing ‘NYMSN’ through Cr2 Records, German producers Jewelz and Scott Sparks reunite to release their unofficial version of Tommy Trash’s ‘Truffle Pig’ free of charge.

Using their minimalistic, peak-time sound scope, the German duo swap the bass-heavy drops of ‘Truffle Pig’ for standalone lead play and heavy kicks while maintaining it’s haunting melodic break-downs.

Following in the footsteps of last year’s ‘Toxic Rush‘ and ‘Flashbang‘, fast-ascending German duo Jewelz and Scott Sparks go in the same vein for their inaugural release of 2013, entitled ‘NYMSN’ (short for New York, Make Some Noise).

Rallying the same minimalistic sound scope as said Flamingo Recordings tracks, their debut release on Cr2 Records looks to extend on the magic that has gained them considerable support from heavyweights such as David Guetta, Hardwell and more while readjusting their aim for the stateside market for 2013.

Out February 8th.

Germany’s Jewelz and Scott Sparks return to Flamingo Recordings to follow-up their powerful label debut ‘Toxic Rush‘ with ‘Flashbang’.

Premiered by Fedde himself during his set at Sensation Wicked Wonderland in Istanbul, ‘Flashbang’ looks to cater for the bigger sound systems that the global festival overhaul has made so readily available to artists new and old of late. Chugging and churning with low-end riffage and mechanical beats throughout, this minimalistic peak time track proves that persuasive club fuel need not bow to the more obvious hallmarks that the global Dance explosion has consistently mustered. While they may have missed the festival season by several months, Jewelz and Scott Sparks look to be a force of significant promise for the New Year with the mark of quality on the front of European Dance music.

As given an exclusive spin by Fedde Le Grand at last night’s Sensation ‘Wicked Wonderland‘ in Istanbul, Turkey, German duo Jewelz and Scott Sparks return to Flamingo Recordings to unveil the follow-up to ‘Toxic Rush‘, entitled ‘Flashbang’.

Built with the bigger festival speakers close to mind, the distant low-end riffage and churning rhythmic builds make for one of the most pervasive yet minimalistic peak timers of the season. Leaping from subtle swells to surges of high-end rolls and hard-hitting kicks, the Fedde Le Grand approved up-and-comers continue to prove that less can still be all that more powerful on the 21st century dance floor with this triumphant festival cut.

Update (10/11): Out December 10th on Flamingo Recordings.
