Still riding on the positive vibes from last year’s highly-successful debut album ‘Trouble,’ British producer Orlando Higginbottom, professionally known as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, is back to take on remix duties for one of the singles from Foals’ upcoming third studio album.
Omitting the pop rock fundamentality of the original, T.E.E.D. provides a remix of clean cut House grooves and bubbly lead play throughout. With solid and uplifting exuberance, his approach matches the perky top line of ‘My Number’ and makes for a worthy injection of good-time vibes to this high-profile release from the British rock band.

Joining the ranks of House music veteran Mark Knight, Detroit’s Waze & Odyssey take on remix duties for Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs’ ‘Your Love’. Despite being eclipsed by the efforts of the Toolroom ringleader, if the seal of approval from Pete Tong is any indication, the American duo’s synth-laden take is one of potent measures throughout. As club land continues to bow to the vintage appeal of modern Dance music, the warm synth play and nostalgic Electronica grooves that pervade this remix make for a timeless addition to their back catalogue.
In anticipation of volume three of his Bullets EP series, featuring the freshly unveiled ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head‘, Toolroom Records head honcho Mark Knight returns to take on remix duties for Totally Enormous Distinct Dinosaurs’ latest album.
Armed with the same crunching House builds that saw him lay down a formative number of Florence and the Machine’s chart-raking adaptation of Candi Staton’s ‘You Got The Love’, Knight adds his signature sound to the Orlando Higginbottom’s acclaimed ‘Your Love’ single for what looks to go down as yet another timeless addition to his belt.
Out October 1st.
