Recently rebranded Italian stallion Tradelove has made impressive steps in a relatively short period of time. After setting the tone with landmark 2011 release ‘Rock The Casbah’, further formative offerings for Spinnin Records and remixes for the likes Richard Dinsdale have indicated a turn of luck for the budding producer. His follow-up to 2011’s well-received Loudbit offering ‘Pum Back’ deals in a distinctly groove-induced fusion of traditional House, propping up proceedings with skanking chords and infectious vocal samples to mark a catchy yet charismatic outing for the promising rebrand of Italy’s more interesting new school player.

Adding to Italy’s already prominent name for heavy-footed club music, recently rebranded House stallion TradeLove follows up the popular Pum Back for LoudBit and previously well-received offerings for Spinnin Records with a warming Tech remodel of Richard Dinsdale’s Artic Circle. Now hailed as the leader of Britain’s new-school Tech House entourage and with firm support coming in from Toolroom Records for 2011, his LoudBit offering beckoned an injection of European flavour that his Italian peer turned label mate has become somewhat synonymous with over the years. Rife with skanking riffs and operatic leads, Dinsdale’s original is given the same magical touch as previous club favourite ‘Rock The Casbah’ to deliver an exotic flare to the realms of Tech House.

‘Artic Circle’ is out now on LoudBit Records.

Sampling Sister Nancy’s reggae anthem from ‘82, Bam Bam, which also saw Olav Basoski sample the track for his ground-breaking Waterman release in 2005, Tradelove, formerly known as Truelove, comes out with the sought-after follow-up to the chart-topping Rock The Casbah and the flute filled Tumbia Too. With his blistering chord progressions in hand, this Italian producer has, to say the least, made some serious impact on the tech-house scene this year. As opposed to many other eminent tech-house icons who have been permanent forces in the game for atleast a few years, Tradelove has, in a mere eight months, planted his quite distinguished contributions to the continued evolution of modern-day tech-house with trademarks such as Let’s Party, Parap and the remix on Off The Wall. Now, with the assistance of the looped vocal riff from Sister Nancy’s ‘82 original and his bumpy sound along with some noteworthy chords of wind instruments to make up Pum Back, Tradelove releases his third single via LoudBit Records.

Entering the radar just a few months back, this Italian stallion has outgrown numerous well-reputed tech icons as his reputation is now steadily seated at the very heart of the tech scene. Despite tech House is known for its rather simple structure and the few releases of Truelove, the Italy-based producer is already a vital asset to tech. Following releases like Rock The Casbah, Let’s Party and Parap, Truelove grabs ahold of stems for Off The Wall, originally made by The Black Project and Franky S, to give it plenty remix treatment with that fascinating signature sound of his. It’s available now on LoudBit Records.
