Following remixes of ‘Can’t Stop Me’ and ‘African Drop’, Tom Staar returns to Afrojack’s Wall Recordings to aid Style Of Eye’s inauguration to the label with a new original track of theirs.

Born in Marrakech and reigning at large upon the European club circuit, Wall Recordings protégé turned consistent beat smith Apster has successfully upped the ante on Dutch House music for 2012. Back on track with Wall Recordings for the follow-up to ‘Marrakech’, the fast rising protégé of Nick Van De Wall drops his fourth label offering of the year entitled ‘Bucklekneez’.

Mixing up the atypical bleep-heavy sound scope with a strong backdrop of grinding chords and disorientated beats, Apster’s return to Wall relays the strong yet melodic disposition that has made him a favorable asset to the country’s overcrowded Dance music output.

With the Beatport-topping first album single ‘Rock The House‘ under his belt, Dutch House protagonist Afrojack is back for the second single release off of his forthcoming artist album.

Having joined Annie Mac in the BBC Radio 1 studios for its worldwide radio premiere earlier this Fall, November 5th sees the release of an Afrojack production that has proven a staple in his sets throughout the year. In a potent mixture of low-end fury and persistently scattered synth play, Nick van de Wall takes a time out from the high-end collaborations to bring back the bleepy vibes of his studio output with maximal force.

Off the back of their most prolific year to date, Dutch vocal trio Shermanology team up with label mate and renowned chainsaw master R3HAB for the long overdue unveiling of their latest single ‘Living 4 The City’. Having first emerged onto the radar more than one year ago, the buzz behind their previous Afrojack collaboration ‘Can’t Stop Me’ is followed-up with a suitably robust rework for their collective return to Wall Recordings.

Led once again by the full-bodied vocal stylings of the trio’s leading lady Dorothy Sherman, smooth melodic leads transcend into a chainsaw-worthy eruption of the grinding synth work and beat-driven focus that Fadil el Ghoul has come to personify throughout his industry explosion. Leaving room for the uplifting top line and pacing the track’s peak time assets, the four artists drop the original version’s more fluid club assets for a full-on embrace of R3HAB’s characteristics.

More than one year in the waiting, Dutch Electro pundit R3hab joins Shermanology to make a sizeable dent of chainsaw madness, jumping aboard the trio’s ‘Living 4 The City’ single ahead of it’s long-awaited October 29th release off of Afrojack’s Wall Recordings label.

Maintaining the earlier version’s bouncy vibe, Fadil El Ghoul’s chainsaw dialect plays out coherently alongside Dorothy Sherman’s sinewy voice and adds a harder-cut undertone of extensive lead play and staggered riffage to the 2011 original. Flipping from soothing build-ups to cataclysmic drops, the finished product of ‘Living 4 The City’ looks set to become a landmark release for artists and label alike as something of a 2012 follow-up to last year’s ‘Sending My Love’.

Following on from remixes by Dutch Dance icon Tiësto and R3hab & Dyro, Afrojack and Shermanology’s beloved vocal outing ‘Can’t Stop Me’ receives a second wind from two of Britain’s most hotly tipped House evangelists to date – Kryder and Tom Staar. Fresh off of the Moda founders remix duties for ‘African Drop’, Afrojack’s poignant Dutch hallmarks are replaced by a highly-supported raw and heavyset take of optimal energy. While their edit significantly lacks the vocal opulence of the original, Staar and Kryder prove that British House music is on par with a deep and dark turn for this radio-savvy single.

From ‘Goldcoast‘ to global club monger, Nick Van De Wall’s best kept secret turned sturdy Wall Recordings asset Apster have been through some pretty serious motions amid his inauguration to the 21st century Dance explosion. Joining familiar homeland songstress Eva Simons in her follow-up to her chart-topping collaboration alongside Will.I.Am, the duo set in stone the penetrating charm of pop-fuelled Dance music with ‘I Need More’.

Between the rising Dutch producers grinding disposition and the celestial harmony of Simons’ distinct vocal aptitude, ‘I Need More’ escapes the peak time values more commonly subscribed to the Dutch House empire with little offence in terms of aural quality.
