Fresh footed and rife from a whirlwind year for both respective beat smiths, German club mogul Nick Curly receives affirmative remix duties from the ranks of Osunlade’s Yoruba Soul moniker in the name of outspoken House music with a strong soulful exterior.

Having provided some stellar remix spots throughout 2012, his first for camp Defected of the New Year channels warm vintage synths and exotic percussive elements through the core of Curly’s 2012 originals. Packing the same hypnotic ambience and melodically refined elements that have championed Osunlade to the ranks of House Master and beyond, his part of Curly’s ‘Piano In The Dark’ EP‘ sets the precedent for things to come to a stunning high for 2013.
