Hot on the heels from releasing ‘Wayfarer’ on Anjunabeats, Connecticut’s Nate Rathbun, best known as Audien, returns with a shot of hope for radio-friendly Dance music in ‘Leaving You’ alongside Michael S.

Embracing his hold on blissful melodics alongside the usual characteristics of an Audien-branded release, ‘Leaving You’ sees Rathbun take a turn for the slightly radio-friendlier side of affairs with anthemic synth work and sugary vocals throughout. For an artist anything but engulfed in global hysteria, Audien’s latest release marks a continuation of the emotional depth and solid production quality we have come to associate with this young American.

Original and instrumental mixes are out now on Beatport.

Making his sixth appearance on the Armada Music sub-label, Italy’s longserving Progressive tune monger Antillas returns to Zouk Recordings to release his festival-proof rework of Dankann’s ‘Unika’.

Drawing on the euphoric realms of Trance and Progressive House and expanding its melodic canvas with impressive vigour, Antillas puts an Arty-esque twist on Dankann’s unheard original. Rich in synth-led opulence and boasting that peak time energy that continues to dominate the festival scene, the Milan producer complements the ambiguous top line with instrumental work that may lack in overall production value, but excels on the merits of invigorating energy.

Despite all of Belgium’s more stereotypical exports, Sieg Motmans’ Siege moniker has proven a rising favourite as far as Electronic Dance Music is concerned. But since excelling his name on the global circuit with affirmative remix duties, the floor has been opened for his well-oiled take on the Progressive House genre and with Pete Tong tuned in to his raw talents, ‘Plug & Play’ for Armada offshoot Zouk Records is given an exclusive play on the prestigious airwaves of radio one.

While Motman’s transition from nostalgic leads to uplifting lead play make for nothing outside of the ordinary where genre constraints are concerned, ‘Plug & Play’ consistently balances its melodic resonance with outright floor proof energy to bag the Belgian yet another promising foot forward on the European House circuit.

Say what you will about Finnish duo Marcus Masion and Will Dragen’s notable digression from the sound that sold them to their now global fanbase, but returning to Armin van Buuren’s Armada Label offshoot Zouk Recordings, Maison & Dragen prove an adaptive stronghold with their latest outing ‘Wet Dreams’. Off the back of their somewhat underrated remix for Martin Solveig’s ‘The Night Out‘, the duos heavy-set Electro front drives a fresh club appeal into their onward expanding sound scope. Where ‘Excalibur’ proved a proved an aptly pivotal stab into their extensive industry credentials, ‘Wet Dreams’ proves tougher, tighter and more tangible a summer anthem than anyone could have anticipated from this surprising European get-up.

Finnish duo Marcus Maison and Will Dragen continue to digress from the sound that made their name. Returning to Armin van Buuren’s Armada Music label following on from the release of ‘Excalibur’, Maison & Dragen present their forthcoming seventh installment on sub label Zouk Recordings. Flipping from an intense build of blistering chords somewhat reminiscent of their earlier Zouk cuts to a significantly more distorted sound, ‘Wet Dreams’ picks up on the more club-friendly appeal we were missing in their recently released underrated remix of Martin Solveig’s ‘The Night Out‘.

‘Wet Dreams’ is due to be released on May 21st via Zouk Recordings.

Robbin Söderlund & Marcus Wennesjö are Brilliant. That isn’t a cringing boast, but the confident moniker now associated with two very promising blips on the Swede House radar. Taking their first shot at Armada offset Zouk Recordings, the duo plant two solid tracks in order to prove their worth amid the hordes of perky Swedish contenders currently doing the rounds. While ‘Higher’ appears a relatively tame contender on its ascent to the tracks drop, its mechanical precision and dutifully brutal Electro leads make for an unexpected triumph in multifaceted musical stylings. The delicate intertwining leads of ‘Action Mode’ may not mirror the title so aptly, but with notable precision their transition to the saw-led sanctuary forms an unoffensive B-Side for this landmark EP from a rather fresh asset to the European ranks.

Just when you thought that European talent couldn’t get much younger, Stockholm’s Adam Bjornberg stepped gracefully into the industry to give his elder peers a desperate run for their money. Bouncing back from his debut offering ‘Absolut‘ for Zouk Recordings, 17-year-old Swede hopeful is back on track with another promising track for the new year to highlight the promising movement of Sweden’s elite House offspring. Already a YouTube sensation for his widely supported debut and receiving steady support from the likes of Tiësto enroute, the young producer takes a heavy-handed drop into a positively charged Electro House clash of extreme synth play and big room vibes, pushing his finely developed studio intellect to an all-time-high for a year that promises great things for the budding producer.

It is rare for the word of Pete Tong to be taken in vein. So having consistently supported the rising force that is Sieg Motmans, better known as Siege, the young Belgian’s eclectic take on a more mature Progressive House canvas has proven an efficient favourite across the airwaves in a creative movement that eliminates the predictability of his uninspired European peers. Debuting Armada offshoot Zouk Recordings with ‘Roads’, a melodically superior collection of eccentric beats and well-oiled synth work that made for another outing on Pete Tong’s latest Essential Selection, their is little chance of this young contender slipping off the radar with Armin van Buuren’s renowned imprint and the pioneer of BBC’s infamous Electronic presence remaining affixed to his corner of the ring.
